Position: Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- To provide prompt and quality service to customers, generate funds from safes and render an after sales support service.
- Promote and sell stock and services
- Cash and Stock management
- Provide an effective after sales service
- Transfer knowledge and train users,
Qualification
- Higher National Diploma,
- At least one year direct sales/customer service experience in a service oriented organization.
