Job Title: General Manager-Technical
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning, design, implementation to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness, including ability to define the project scope, goals and deliverables
- Responsible for respective project operation including planning, coordinating, monitoring and implementing the protect from conception to completion
- Plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables, monitoring project on quality, cost and time within project budget.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
- Oversee the implementation of project from start to finish and managing all personnel within the project.
- Controlling and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget.
- Constant review and update of financial feasibility and c flow to determine viability of project proposal, operational and design requirement for management approval Involved in project financial management and reporting, including cash flow monitoring and projections.
- Identify project rinks and execute action plans to mitigate. Liaise with authorities to obtain approvals tot development projects.
- To perform & undertake any other duties as may be prescribed by the Management or company from time to lime.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Masters Degree Architecture or related degrees
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Project/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Well versed with building by-laws and related laws governing construction and property development.
- Good technical and project management abilities with good understanding of design, detailing, building regulations and project implementation.
- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project) preferably
- Strong track record of successfully completed projects in high rise large scale mixed development / commercial building projects would be an advantage.
- Full-Time position available.
