Job Position: Senior IT Officer (Lagos & Port Harcourt)
Ref: SITO/2013/01
Location: Lagos & Port Harcourt
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire IT infrastructure and architecture of the organization
- Oversee both hardware and software requirement of the organization in the area of website & webmail server management; networking; internet access and data back-ups; troubleshooting hardware; software and general network issues.
- Conduct technology training for new users/member of staff
- Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users/staff to enhance system productivity
- Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software
- Complete special projects as requested
Qualification & Experience
- Must have a degree in computer technology or related field
- Necessary professional certification (both hardware and software) is a must have
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar field managing IT infrastructure and architecture.
- Must have the ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional client service is required.
- Must have demonstrated communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem solving and computer.
- Must have a sense of urgency and commitment to timely completion of projects.
- Must have attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.
