Charkin Maritime and Offshore Safety Centre is a leading provider of maritime and offshore safety training to the maritime and offshore oil and gas industries. It has its main state-of-the-art facility located on East-West Road in Port Harcourt. It also has another facility located within the main campus of the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt.
