Roles and responsibilities
- To ensure that the Brand Equity of the products & brands (entrusted with) is nurtured & nourished in keeping with Strategic Objectives.
- Ensuring that the products & brands get their due ‘focus’ both from Internal & External perspectives.
- Responsible for both Innovation & Activation requirements for the brand.
- Responsible for the formulation and execution of all marketing initiatives for the set of products entrusted to him/her.
- Responsible for the brand management function for the specific group of products – developing & executing the marketing strategy including brand positioning, translation of the brand positioning into relevant communication programs and finally development of all advertising and communication inputs.
- Responsible for all marketing communication efforts, across all relevant media vehicles.
- Develop optimal media planning and implementation to meet the brand objectives viz., recall, awareness and equity. Ability to explore innovative and captive medium to drive better results.
- Responsible for market activation programs and sales promotions for trade as well as consumers,
- Consumer Insighting to tap new product / packaging ideas and to give inputs to the R&D team.
- Work with all external agencies and vendors for the products’ requirements.
- Work with other business partners (e. g. production, supply chain, sales, research and development) to deliver business objectives in the areas of stock planning, inputs to pricing and achievement of contribution budgets.
- Actively conceptualize and execute Market Research projects.
- To maintain strict discipline & control with respect to the Marketing Investment Budgets, while ensuring optimal utilisation.
- Tracking of competitor activity – promos, adverts, pricing and new products.,

Requirement
- Qualifications Master's Degree
