Job Description:
- Our client, a European IOC with assets in Africa is seeking experienced Drilling Superintendents to represent the Company in all drilling related activities required to drill, evaluate and complete wells.
Supervise all well operations, ensuring they are safe and efficient. Monitor implementation of drilling program and ensure compliance with well plans and achievement of agreed KPI's.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. degree in Engineering.
- Holds valid IWCF Certificate.
- An experienced professional with at least 15 years' experience in drilling operations including at least 3 years as well operations superintendent on swamp rigs.
- Proven leadership and people management ability with a keen awareness of cultural sensitivities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commitment to managing HSE.
- Must have Nigeria or West Africa experience.
