Job Description:
- Our client, a European IOC with assets in Africa is seeking experienced Drilling Supervisors to protect the company's interest on the rig, while supervising the day to day execution of drilling / workover / testing / completions operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. degree in Engineering.
- Holds valid IWCF Certificate.
- An experienced professional with at least 15 years' experience, including at least 3 years as DSV on swamp rigs.
- Good technical knowledge of wellsite supervision.
- Sound knowledge of IADC / API guidelines for well operations.
- Able to supervise subordinates and lead team to achieve results.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must have Nigeria or West Africa experience
