Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for developing a social media strategy and executing on the strategy with specific campaigns in Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing, editing, and proofreading site content under the supervision of the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Set specific objectives and report on-RO.
- Generate, edit, publish and share original and engaging content daily.
- Monitor web traffic metrics.
- Work closely with Web designs and Marketing department to ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standards.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Oversee social media accounts design.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Audit competitors online and social media efforts as well as general market research.
- Keep up to speed with trends and pertinent competitor information.
Key Requirements
- 2 years experience.
- Passion for social media & emerging technology.
- Must be a detail-oriented multitasker.
- Able to develop & execute social media strategies that are aligned with business goals.
- Must have excellent IT skills.
- Must possess strong communication and people skills.
