Clover Mart 'Cmart', a new retail outlet in Lekki, Lagos State, is currently inviting suitable candidates to fill the below position:
Job Title: HR/Admin Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective day to day running of the company
- Carry out store administration and ensure compliance of policies and procedures
- Manage all external and internal communication
- Ensure health and safety rules is adhered to by all staff
- Conduct staff performance appraisals and access training needs
- Maintain and update staff records
- Manage recruitment/on boarding processes
- Monitor and manage costs and expenses
- Manage company calendar, schedules, deadlines and appointments
- Prepare HR documents; staff hand book, offer letter
- Manage payroll computation with the finance/accounts department
- Handle all disciplinary issues and actions
- Oversee the general welfare of all staff
- Ensure an accurate filing system fir proper documentation process
Qualifications
- HND/B.Sc in related field.
- Two/Three years’ experience in a retail/quick service environment.
