1.) Project Manager
Responsibilities
- The Project Manager will report to the CEO.
- Will be responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and
control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years in real estate construction.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying or any related field of study.
- A postgraduate degree in construction management and hands on experience as a project manager is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to plan and organize a team effort.
2.) Project Architect
Responsibilities
- The Architect will be responsible for preparing project drawings & designs, structure, materials and colour specifications as well as construction time.
- Planning layout of projects, preparation of scale drawings and regularly conducting on-site observation of work during construction to ensure conformity with drawings.
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of 5 years in real estate construction with a Bachelor's Degree/HND in Architecture.
- Must be well versed in the use of Autocad and Archi CAD Software.
- Ability to visualise and create new ideas/concepts.
- Ability to plan and organise a team effort.
