Job Description
- The Senior Project Manager has overall responsibility for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of the construction project.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, coordinate all activities
- Oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
- Confers with supervisory personnel to discuss such matters as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
- Directs and supervises workers on construction site to ensure project meets specification.
- Formulates reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs, and scheduling.
Requirements
- Qualified Project Manager, with a BSc or BTech Construction Management or equivalent qualification
- Proven proficiency in construction management
- 6-7 years relevant experience in managing construction works
- Applicants should have the confidence to communicate on all levels and have team leading skills
