Job Tittle: Country Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Key responsibility is development of product categories.
- Deliver KPls by developing strategies and executing key new products and strategic projects.
- Provide monthly sales volumes forecast that best reflect forward sales.
- Ensure to achieve the Total West Africa Target Delivery.
- Monitoring & managing the sales team.
- Influencing & Motivating distributor teams in achieving Company goals
- Plan for direct coverage of retail outlets through the use of Distributor sales team.
- Be an effective link between various functions within Company with the Distributor teams.
- The position reports to Commercial Director· Africa .
- The job requires travel in and around Africa.

Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing as the medium of University education.
- A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel
- A strong command over oral and written Business English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly
- Experience of 8 plus years in Sales Managerial level
- Prior work experience in a Multinational FMCG food company with strong exposure to new product development, channel management, distributor management:
- Interested candidates must be currently based in Lagos, Nigeria
- Candidates with age of 30- 35 years.
