Job Title: Social Media Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description/Requirements
- Must reside within Lekki-Ajah-Awoyaya environs
- Requirements are that the person but be between 20 and 35 years of age.
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in the area of social media marketing, must have a minimum of an OND certificate and must be living around Lekki Axis.
- Design and manage various social media channels on behalf of Risk Control. From updating social media content, to managing ongoing campaigns, the social media supervisor is expected to promote continually the interest of the organization on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain online reputation of the organization across the social media space.
- Regularly monitor, analyse and report the social media activities and initiatives of the brand, competition and industry.
- Provide support for ongoing communication, product development, product promotion campaigns and other organizational initiatives that social media can support.
- Be an online advocate, dialogue initiator and first responder roles that are required in social media spaces on behalf of the company. This will involve promoting relevant blog and developing useful and effective followers for the company.
- Promote social media awareness within the organization by educating staff on the importance of social media, as well as the implementation of new technologies and campaigns.
- Creation of an approved social media strategy.
- Regularity, relevance and accuracy of updates on various social media pages.
