Lagos Aviation Academy (LAA) was established in 2017 with a key objective of continuing to support and raise the competency of the aviation industry and at the same time supporting the next generation of aviation professionals

LAA is focused on training excellence and delivers high quality and accredited training programmes in aviation at home and abroad. The academy has forged strategic partnerships with local and international aviation bodies and academic institutes, focused on promoting the importance of education in aviation.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description
  • Prospect clients, market and promote Lagos Aviation Aviation Academy products & services.
  • Generation of revenue for Lagos Aviation Academy
  • Creation of sales documents, developing compelling propositions to be presented and closed as appropriate.
  • Carry out direct marketing activities, constant follow-up and negotiations in order to close sales
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct research to identify new market of agents, and developing techniques such as Cold calls to ensuring they become prospects for new business.
  • Identify, develop and build relationships with prospective clients, ensuring that all sales opportunities are maximized.
  • Working closely with the social media unit in generating and sharing contents that would attract the target market.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report on sales progress to the General Manager.
  • Building and execute strategy through competitive and audience research
  • Optimizing company pages within each social media platform to increase the visibility of the school
Qualification/Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in any discipline
  • 2 - 3 years sales experience; preferably selling of training courses
  • IATA Foundation Diploma is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and networking ability
  • Excellent writing and presentations skills
  • Ability to work in team effectively
  • Ability to use MS Office Tools i.e MS Word & PowerPoint
