Role Summary/Purpose
Operational Finance Role; Partner with the sourcing team to drive results in the supply chain cycle from a cost analysis perspective.

Responsibilities
  • Support and engage functional teams to drive realization of cost out and Pay term goals.
  • Reporting, forecasting and analysis for material cost productivity and indirect costs
  • Support local supplier qualification efforts.
  • Drive controllership in sourcing contracts, rebates, reserves, and other supplier risks
  • Develop annual operating plans and support Blue print Growth Playbook, SII and quarterly estimate processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, and Business Administration required, with minimum of 5 years professional finance experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and high energy level.
  • Polished communicator - able to work effectively with key levels of management.
  • Analytical Skills - must be able to analyze information and identify implications.
  • Ability to manage several projects concurrently while consistently delivering results.
  • Cross-functional coordination and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to "raise the flag" in tough operating environment.
  • Strong Controllership Skills.
  • Extended track record of success in finance.
  • Excellent team-building skills.
  • FMP graduate, CAS, EFLP, MBA strongly preferred.
  • Green belt certified.
