Role Summary/Purpose
Operational Finance Role; Partner with the sourcing team to drive results in the supply chain cycle from a cost analysis perspective.
Responsibilities
- Support and engage functional teams to drive realization of cost out and Pay term goals.
- Reporting, forecasting and analysis for material cost productivity and indirect costs
- Support local supplier qualification efforts.
- Drive controllership in sourcing contracts, rebates, reserves, and other supplier risks
- Develop annual operating plans and support Blue print Growth Playbook, SII and quarterly estimate processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, and Business Administration required, with minimum of 5 years professional finance experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and high energy level.
- Polished communicator - able to work effectively with key levels of management.
- Analytical Skills - must be able to analyze information and identify implications.
- Ability to manage several projects concurrently while consistently delivering results.
- Cross-functional coordination and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to "raise the flag" in tough operating environment.
- Strong Controllership Skills.
- Extended track record of success in finance.
- Excellent team-building skills.
- FMP graduate, CAS, EFLP, MBA strongly preferred.
- Green belt certified.
