Reporting To: Group Managing Director

Job Objectives
  • To provide guidance to the company’s management on strategies for brand management.
  • To successfully drive corporate and customer brand activities.
  • To develop and promote Company brands to stakeholders
  • To drive internal and external brand strategies

Responsibilities
  • Market Research: To perform market research for products and services development.
  • Marketing Strategy: To develop marketing strategy for company’s products and services and also provide input in product and service pricing.
  • To drive strategic change in brand position as it evolves, and also develop strategies to continuously engage with clients.
  • To guide and lead marketing communication plans leveraging on resources of media and marketing, public relations and other related expertise provided by external consultants.
  • Maintain brand integrity and undertake public relations activities on behalf of the company while maintaining a network of media consultants.
  • To provide spot-on information on the website.
  • Manage projects (media, activation, public relations initiatives) and drive high quality creative development and execution standards with respect to brand communication and competitors’ activities, send report to management on observation and recommendations.
  • Research current trends in brand management activities

Position and Qualification Requirement
  • B.sc/HND in Mass Communication/Marketing or any Social Sciences Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a related role

Skills and Competences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Sound knowledge and practical application of, Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must be very creative, analytical and innovative
