Job Title: Transport Economist

Requirements
Interested candidate should:
- Hold a Master Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Transport Economics (relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage).
- He/she must have not less than 8 years of experience related to Highways feasibility studies and preparation of master plan. The individual shall be familiar with the use of the HDM 4 software.
- Fluency in English or French Language.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Interested candidates MUST be prepared to work in the West Africa sub-region.
