RTI International is currently seeking technical, financial, and operations specialists for an anticipated USAID-funded water and sanitation activity in Nigeria which will aim to strengthen urban water service delivery in the position below:
Job Title: Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP)
Location: Nationwide
Responsibilities
- Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP): will complement the strengths and responsibilities of the COP.
- Responsible for supporting/managing all technical, operational and management aspects of the project.
- Oversee project operations, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, communications, and information technology support.
- Provide oversight to budgets, grants, operational plans, reporting, and procedural and financial compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration, Finance or related field and with at least 10 years managing aspects of governance, public financial management, accountability, and/or water service delivery programs.
- S/he must have significant contract and grants management experience; and the ability to participate in all representation and technical meetings with senior-level stakeholders.
