An upcoming conference,tourist ,recreational and museum center in Abeokuta, Ogun State is recruiting:
Job Title: Administrative Manager
Location : Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Responsibilities:
- Develop first class administrative framework to support the centre's distinct organs and units for simultaneous integration.
- Establish a robust staff employment ,evaluation and assessment as well as set the rules of engagement for staff and departments.
- Coordinates general administration, create system of incentives, rewards and sanctions.
- Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained Maintains record, prepares reports and correspondence in the work place
- Ensure the preparation and implementation of a globally acceptable administrative and policy manual.
- Setup a mechanism for planning , monitoring , and appraising jobs results; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachalor's degree in Law,Business Administration,Business Management ,Public Administration(MCs/MBA will be a major advantage)
- Possession of minimum of 12-20 years cognate experience in related position.
- Aged 35-55 years of age
- Must be computer literate and conversant with basic and relevant management software and programmes.
- Must demostrate concreat ability to reviev and put in place a self-sustaining administrative structure.
- Membership of a proffessional body will be an added advantage.
