Job Title: Franchise Development Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads
- Source and develop prospect referrals
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Schedule sales activities
- Develop and maintain a prospect database
- Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
- Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
- Make sales calls to new and existing prospects
- Develop and make presentations of company Franchise to potential prospects
- Negotiate and discuss terms of Franchise with prospects
- Develop sales proposals
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or i person’
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Follow up on sales activity
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Qualification & Experience:
- Bsc/HND in Any numerate discipline
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing and Sales
- Proven ability to achieve Sales targets
- Knowledge of principles and practices of sales and customer service.
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications and presentation skills
