Job Title: General Manager & Chief Operating Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The GM/COO will be responsible directly to the Chairman/ Chief Executive.
- The job will be based in Lagos but will require occasional travels across the country and overseas.
- It would be quite Challenging.
Requirements
- The GM/COO required by the agency should be highly innovative, pragmatic & result oriented.
- Should be a focused leader and team player naturally able to mobilise and coordinate his team of highly creative & proactive managers to achieve set goals and objectives in record time.
- Should have a minimum of good first Degree in Mass Communication or related field plus varied on the job professional training & experience.
- Should have combined and relevant work experience with an agency or organisation for at least ten years.
- Should be aged between 35 - 45 yrs.
- Should have a track record of achievements that can be verified especially in areas of the agency's core business.
- Should also be highly computer literate with indepth knowledge of applications used in media agencies.
- Should be professionally familiar with creative designs & productions, printing tech. process and audio-visual productions.
