Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Brief
- Provide assistance to the Human Resources Manager in various HR Functions.
- Assist with the day to day operations of the Human Resources departmental duties.
Requisite Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc in Industrial Relations/Human Resources Management or any other degree in Management or Social Sciences
- Minimum Second Class upper.
- Minimum of 1 year post NYSC relevant experience.
- Must not be older than 30 years of Age.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work load to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as steam player Good Interpersonal and people management skills Proficiency in the use of computer systems.
- Strong sense of professionalism, integrity, sound judgment and tact Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in use of Human Resources software package.
