A Pentecostal church located in the mainland area of Lagos needs the services of a qualified candidate for this position:
Job Title: Sound Engineer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Setting up, testing and adjusting recording equipment for church service Regulating volume level and sound quality during church service, using control consoles.
- Preparing for church service by performing activities such as selecting and setting up microphones etc.
- Mixing and editing voices, music, and taped sound effects for church service and for prerecorded events, using sound mixing boards.
- Synchronizing and equalizing prerecorded dialogue, music, and sound effects with visual action of motion pictures or television productions, using control consoles.
Requirements
- University degree/HND in Engineering related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Proficient with different types of recording consoles, both analog tape and digital
- Must have knowledge and experience in IT.
- Ability to work in a team
- Candidates must be bible believing, personable, professional, responsible, and mature.
- Must possess exceptional organizational skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Must be detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and have a passion for excellence.
