Job Title: General Manager

Responsibility
- He will oversee the management of the hotel to ensure efficiency, quality service and effective management of human & material resources.
Requirements
- A good first degree or MBA plus hospitality industry training certification.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Knowledge of communication and public relations techniques
- Ability to analyse financial data and interpret it.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Experience in policy formulation and ability to effectively manage staff strength of over 100
- Minimum of 10 years experience in management of at least 3 star hotels within or outside Nigeria
- High integrity and friendly
