Job Description
The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving business targets by building the sales distribution channels of Agency for his team. This will include building a productive and motivated agent network, leveraging the business through training initiatives whilst monitoring and driving the agency business model to achieve desired business plans and career aspirations.
Requirements
- A good First degree in Social Sciences or Humanities
- Minimum of 7 years experience
- Prior experience in a similar role is critical
- At least 3 years of team handling experience
