We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk/ Admin Executive

Location:
Lagos

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manages the Calendar of the Manager and senior team
  • Performs day to -day administrative functions and general office duties including but not limited to word processing, copying, filing, faxing, answering phones and data entry
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients; practices confidentiality and privacy protocols in accordance to the requirements of the organization.
  • Answers basic questions regards to the business
  • Handles incoming and outgoing letters
  • Take and relay messages
  • Maintain Basic filling system
  • Maintains waiting areas, office files, and front - desk areas in a manner that is organized and neat.
  • Performs other duties as may be required
  • And responsible for all office management
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
  • Diploma from a reputable institution
  • 1-2 years working experience in a related field
