Requirements
- B.Sc./HND, 3 years min in HR Managerial position in manufacturing firm.
- Experience with HR Systems and computer database.
- In-depth knowledge of Labour law and best practices.
- Head of Innovation: University graduate, with over 10 years’ experience in start-up companies with good track record.
- Experience with working in NGOs an advantage.
- Must have the passion to develop and drive an existing non-profit organisation that needs resuscitation.
- Position reporting to the Board.
