Job Description:
- Long term contract is currently available for an experienced drilling supervisor to be based in Nigeria.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure all well operations are conducted in accordance with the approved programme and in compliance
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of personnel, the drilling contractor and service companies to ensure objectives are met.
- Supervise the management of all well related events
- Manage the logistics of the operation in an efficient manner
- Supervise Offshore Drilling Engineer and ensure responsibilities are clearly defined
- Optimise drilling performance and minimize rig downtime
- Prepare written instructions to supplement approved programme.
Requirements
- Minimum of College level qualification.
- At least 10 years experience.
