Job Title: Senior Property Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent in relevant field of study preferred and Advanced Degree a plus.
- Industry accreditation and/or certification.
- Minimum of ten to fifteen (10-15) years of commercial Real Estate or Property Management experience including Budget Preparation/Financial Reporting, familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation and administration.
- Must have at least four (4) to five (5) years experience at managerial level.
