Job Position: Specialist,Vendor and Contract Management
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Description
- Handle vendor management and contract execution to support performance and enable achievement of Network Operations objectives
- Ensure that all vendors provide contracted commitments and perform against operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Responsibilities
- Monitor vendor performance against evaluation criteria defined within contracts
- Provide oversight for Etisalat Nigeria contracts Scopes of Work (SOWs)/ Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and design documents to evaluate and monitor vendors compliance with contracts
- Ensure vendors provide service and support as outlined in the Managed Service contract terms so as to achieve performance goals
- Collaborate with key vendor personnel to promote continuous process improvement
- Provide feedback on contracts deliverables and recommend actions according to contractual obligations and penalty clauses
- Maintain strong relationships between vendors and Etisalat Nigeria internal stakeholders to ensure goal alignment, flexibility and productivity of vendors
- Collaborate with vendors to deliver on-the-job training required to enhance Etisalat Nigeria team competencies
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director-Network Operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of Bachelor's/ HND qualification in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or any other relevant discipline.
- At least three (3) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience in the telecoms business environment.
Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Very strong background in contract management, preferably with telecoms vendors and/ or operators
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent inter-personal skills, including ability to work across complex cross-functional teams
- Ability to drive change and deliver measurable results.
