Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location:
Lagos
Reports to: Executive Director

Job Objective
  • To provide administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and also assist the Executive Director make judicious and best use of his time by effectively dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain efficient filing and record retrieval system
  • Screening telephone calls, enquires and requests and handling them when appropriate
  • Keeping of diary of appointments, meetings etc.
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
  • Dealing with correspondences.
  • Attending to routine administrative/secretarial errands
  • Organizing and attending meetings, producing documents, briefing  papers, reports and presentations
  • Other duties as assigned.
Primary Interfaces:
  • Internal:  All Employees
  • External: Vendors, Service Providers, Organisations
Job Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of excel and Microsoft word and PowerPoint.
  • Emotional Intelligence
Education:
  • B.Sc/HND
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant to top Executive
