Job Description:
The Managing Director will be responsible for providing overall strategic direction to the organisation. The successful candidate will oversee the activities of the bank to ensure operational effectiveness and position the bank to have competitive edge by providing leadership and guidance towards developing and implementing strategic plans and operational goals/targets, in order to achieve the vision and corporate aspirations of the bank.
Job Requirement
- A good first degree with relevant professional qualifications from a reputable institution
- A post-graduate degree (MBA or MSc) will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 15 years post qualification experience (at least 7 years at a managerial level) in a bank or deposit taking financial institution.
- Should possess proven leadership, management, analytical and accounting skills
- Good knowledge of Microfinance bank Sector
