Job Title: Client's Relations Officer
Location: Warri, Delta
Responsibilities
- To maintain a friendly and courteous demeanour at all times.
- Make sure patients feel welcome and comfortable.
- Communicate with your supervisor, informing them of clients’ bookings, needs and complaints.
- Ensure patients are promptly reminded of their review and glasses due dates.
Qualifications and Skills
- Applicant must have a minimum of HND or equivalent. Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Strong communication skills and people skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to remember bookings
- Ability to pay attention to details.
- Good customer service orientation.
- Good computer skills.
