Description
- Have complete understanding of Supermarket/Retails Chain Management System.
- Will have overall responsibilities for the smooth and effective operation of the business on daily basis.
- Must be creative and innovative in his Management Philosophy and products differentiation in the day to day operation of the business.
- Must be willing to provide effective leadership for his team through leading by example.
- Must be able to take tough decisions where and when necessary.
- Must be prepared to promote and entrench the culture of service delivery to all associates and his management team.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Degree holder
- Knowledge of Retail/Supermarket environment will be an advantage.
- Note: Could be a Person of any nationality.
