Requirements
- Holder of Masters or doctorate Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Water Engineering, with minimum of fifteen (15) years cognate work experience in Nigeria or any other developing country.
- Possession of postgraduate qualification in economics, sociology or any other relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate in Hausa language is an added advantage.
