Requirements
- Holder of Master's or doctorate Degree in Irrigation Engineering, with a minimum of ten (10) years cognate work experience in design, operation and maintenance of irrigation facilities in Nigeria or any other developing country.
- Ability to communicate in Hausa language is an added advantage.
