Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in manpower planning activities and recruitment processes of she company (application profiling, shortlists, Interviews management, selection, placement Induction, etc,).
- Assist in implementation of employee management and communication activities of the company.
- Manage effective documentation and filling of all HR materials.
- Ensure adherence to HR processes and procedures of the company Including managing absentees, sick and leave management, disciplinary matters and performance management.
- Ensure prompt renewals of Insurance policies, HMO, and every payment in the department.
Qualification/Skills
- The right candidate who must be resident in Lagos must hold at least 3-4 years post NYSC work experience in HR department of a reputable company.
- The ideal candidate must be computer literate, articulate with good knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law, excellent oral communication and writing skills with confidentiality and integrity dispositions.
- Professional membership of any HR body is an added advantage.
