Job Description
- Our client currently requires the services of an experienced Female Human Resources Manager who shall also oversee the general administration of the retail chain.
Requirements
- Ideal candidate must be grounded in Resources Management, Recruitment Procedures, Training, Performance Management, Personnel Management, etc.
- Candidate who must be a female must age less than thirty five years and should be ready to travel on short notice.
- A minimum of seven years work experience in a similar position in a verifiable and structured company is required.
- Communication, organizational and leadership skills are required.
- Candidate should be a firm Manager and a visionary leader.
