We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Receptionist/Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Applicant must Be a competent member of the reception and maintaining a good working knowledge thereby adding to the efficient and smooth running of the practice.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, ensuring calls are handled appropriately or documented and redirected.
- Ensure up-to-date maintenance of computerized records - including correct filing of results and letters.
- Receive incoming mail, process and distribute as appropriate
- Applicant must be able to generate leads and make sales when required.
Requirements
- B.Sc in any relevant field.
- Good communication skills.
- General knowledge on the use of microsoft word, excel and powerpoint.
- Basic knowledge of coreldraw will be an added advantage.
