We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Architectural Assistant
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Assist with production of planning application packages, Design and Access Statements and detailed working drawings.
- Produce and update drawing schedules.
- General project co-ordination and project filing.
- Report regular updates on project development to the project architect.
- Assisting other members of the Design and Technical Department in their day-to-day duties.
- Provision of AutoCAD format drawings.
- Attendance at design coordination meeting.
- Attendance at office, construction and site meetings from time to time.
- Assist with projects as needed and such other duties, reasonably consistent with the foregoing, as may be required.
Requirements
- You will have excellent communication skills and be completely fluent in the English language.
- This includes being able to produce required written documents to a high standard of English.
- You will be proficient with AutoCad.
- Able to use Photoshop and Sketch-Up is preferred, but not essential.
- Your presentation skills will be of an excellent standard.
- You will be a strong communicator, self-motivated, confident with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
- You will have an understanding of current Building Regulations.
