Job Title: Architectural Illustrator
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Architectural Illustrator primary role is to create concept design drawings from the Designers brief, which are then quoted from and sent to the client.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Sales Team/Designers to produce specific designs drawings by hand.
- Liaising with Sales Team/Designers to foresee expected work load and estimate when drawings will be produced.
- Arranging & editing drawings on Photoshop.
- Engaging, informing and building rapport with potential customers, creating a helpful link between initial enquiry, design consultation and sale.
- Maintaining a drawing log.
- Updating CRM system.
- Maintaining and keeping an updated Quote Book.
- Sending brand literature.
- Assist in answering the telephone (if required).
- Other office duties as required.
Requirements
- Drawing and Architectural Illustration skills
- Architectural understanding experience would be beneficial
- IT Literate.
- Experience in a similar industry would be a bonus.
- Experience in hand rendered drawings and water colour.
- The ability to prioritise workloads in order to meet company deadlines.
- Strong attention to for detail.
- Someone who can keep a clear head in a fast paced & changing environment.
- An ideal candidate will be well organised, hardworking, and a positive team player.
