Our client is a relatively young player in the hospitality industry and is poised to raise the bar of customer service in the industry. Owing to strategic expansion of facilities which comprise an events centre, hotel and lounge bar the company requires urgently the services of self motivated and results oriented professionals to fill the following vacancies:
A) Complex Manger
Responsibility
- The Manager will take full responsibility for the profitable operations of the complex and will report to the Chairman / CEO
Qualifications
- A good bachelor's degree or HND in Hotel Management, Business Administration or any of the social sciences.
- A professional qualification in hotel management will be a majoradvantatge.
- A minimum of three years experience in a management position in a mid sized hotel and demonstrable knowledge of control systems in a hotel environment.
- Track record of experience in previous hotel management positions
- Good marketing and selling skills required to generate good sales of the services
- Good leadership, commuincations and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the mission and vision of the founders and infectious passionto excel in the achievement of set objectives
B) Chef
Responsibility
The Chef will report to the Complex Manager and will be responsible for the profitable operation of the Kitchen and
catering services as a profit centre.
Qualifications
- HND /OND /NCE in Catering or Home Economics
- A minimum of three years experience as a Chef in a mid sized hotel
- Versatility with Nigerian and Continental cusines
- Good leadership, communications and interpersonal skills
- Good level of commercial awareness and ability to turn the unit into an independent profit centre.
