Job Title: Tower Maintenance Administrator
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- To consistently work in a safe and effective manner, to ensure that any action taken does not cause a risk either to themselves or any other party.
- Promptly implement appropriate emergency procedures as required and report all safety and security risks, promptly and via the correct channels
- Forge professional and effective working relationships with own team, supervisor and customers.
- Complete staff timesheets and payroll.
- Control and monitor staff holidays and sickness records
- Collate and administrate weekly and monthly reports
- Prepare third party job sheets for invoicing
- Administrate personnel files for staff and any new starters
- Administrate shift rosters.
- Maintain and update equipment service schedule
- Control and manage uniforms.
- Prepare job sheets for Supervisors.
- Work to the highest of standards and schedule work load to meet deadlines.
Prerequisite
- Ability to work in a team environment and develop relationships
- Capable of multi-tasking working in a fast paced environment
- Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and delivery
- Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Access an advantage
- Ability to effectively and accurately communicate information, in both verbal and written form.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst meeting all deadlines
