Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Lagos
Roles And Responsiblities
- Develop the restaurant brand into a five star dining experience.
- Coordinate daily front house and back house operations of the Restaurant.
- Respond accurately and efficiently to customer’s complaint.
- Train and develop team members to ensure that performance standards are met.
- Ensure that processes and procedures are adhered to by employees at every shift to ensure safety and security of employees .
- Coordinate and supervise staff shifts.
- Control operational costs and strive to eliminate food and drinks waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
Working Hours
- You will be required to work unsociable hours on a regular basis; evening and weekend work will be a regular fixture.
