Job Description/Requirements
- We urgently require the services of a Company Secretary who must be a qualified lawyer and must have operated in a similar capacity for at least ten years.
- Candidate must be very intelligent, grounded in law, hardworking, possessing organizational skills with competence to advise and handle all legal matters.
- He must be at home using basic Microsoft Office suite.
- He reports to and organizes the activities of the MD.
- He must be less than 40 years.
