Job Title: Director of Physical Planning - CONTISS 15

Location: Bayelsa

Requirements
  • Candidates should possess a good first degree not below Second Class Lower division in any of the following fields: Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building or Town Planning from a recognized University, plus at least 18 years post qualification experience and evidence of registration with:
    • Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and Nigerian Institute of Architect (NIA) OR M.Sc. degree in Architecture plus 15 years post-qualification experience with evidence of Registration with ARCON and NIA for Architects
    • The Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN) plus at least 18 years post qualification experience OR M.Sc. degree in Engineering& plus 15 years post-qualification experience with evidence of Registration with COREN for Engineers.
    • NIOB and CORBON with at least 18 years’ cognate experience five of which must be at the level of with a good working knowledge of computerized Building/Architectural designs for Builders
    • With NIQS plus 18 years post qualification experience, a considerable part of which must be in a University system for Quantity Surveyors
    • Nigerian Institute of Town Planners plus 18 years post qualification experience a considerable part of which must be in the University system for Town Planners. Part of the experience should be considerable years in the University or comparable institution.
