Job Title: Head of Marketing & Communication

Role Details
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the marketing and Communication function of the organization
- Developing strategies formulating policies and ensuring the execution of effective marketing campaigns anchored on sound consumer insight
- Managing the product development processes and product life cycle
- Delivering the volume, value and affinity ambitions of the business
- Providing quality leadership to the Marketing Consumer Insights, Product Development and Marketing Communication team
- Driving customer service excellence across all Outlets
- Managing the Marketing support agencies and sundry stakeholders
Requirements
- Good Degree in Social sciences, Marketing or Business Management. Post graduate qualification will be an advantage
- 10 year plus experience in Consumer Marketing and Marketing Communication Management in a FMCG, Hospitality or top rated Marketing services cprnpany
- Proven experiences in the delivery of Marketing strategies development and excellent execution with clear measurable outcomes
- Excellent network In the marketing and media community.
Core Competencies:
- Marketing management proficiency
- Extensive experience In the development and execution of high impact marketing campaigns and product advertising
- In depth understanding of how to generate and translate Consumer insight into value for both the customers and the business
- Good experience in building and maintaining brands
- Excellent Communication and Presentations skills
- Strong interpersonal, Influencing and communication skills
- Good understanding of the value of Digital Media
