Job Title: Retail/Floor Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Maintain costumer satisfaction.
- Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
- Formulate pricing policies.
- Ensure pricing is correct.
- Ensure the displays doesn't run out of goods.
- Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
- Evaluate on-the-job performance.
- Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate with master baker for items to be in stock.
- Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
- Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
- Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- HND in a relevant field
- Ten (10) to Twelve (12) years relevant work
- Experience managing stand alone outlets
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Organizational and Planning skills.
- Interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
