We are currently recruiting on bahalf of our client, an FMCG company, to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location:
Lagos

Job Summary
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales Department in achieving its sales goals.
Job Responsibilities
  • Processing a high volume of product orders from multiple sources
  • Processing invoices for all sales transactions
  • Checking prices and contracts are up to date
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop and report monthly sales results with supporting data to help the sales team
  • Manage internal and external correspondence between the sales team and their clients
  • Monitoring customer accounts
  • Keeping track of sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • Processing of staff time sheets.
Professional Requirements
  • First Degree in Social Science or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Experience in FMCG sector is an added advantage
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
Skills / Competence Requirements:
  • Excellent Relationship management skills
  • Must possess an analytic mind - must able to analyze figures, values, customer sales statements and sales trends
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
  • Team-player mindset with high level of dedication to raising the bar for the whole team
  • Ability to work and succeed under strict deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented.
