Job Description
- The MEL Manager will provide programme research, monitoring and evaluation support to the country office team.
Skills
- Bachelor Degree in social sciences and or social research;
- Extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation and/or research using participatory practices; Experience in developing and implementing MEL systems and frameworks in a Development organization;
- Sound understanding of formative/summative design; impact evaluation design and implementation.
- Track record of managing and leading team capacity building.
Remuneration
Salary: 5,000,000 per year.
